OUR WORLD TOUR JOURNEY
Since 2009, our performances have started their world tours, fulfilling the company’s mission of introducing and inspiring the beauty of Vietnamese culture to the world. The shows have performed in many iconic venues, captivated millions of audiences in Asia, Europe, America and Australia. We are overwhelmed with the warm welcome, enthusiasm and positive feedback from the hosting countries and their local audiences. That gives us the strength to improvement and motivation for the next overseas journeys.
A O SHOW TOUR IN SAUDI ARABIA
For the first time, A O Show is the representative of Vietnamese Bamboo Circus to perform in Saudi Arabia. A O Show performs at King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Dhahran, Saudi Arabia) from 5 to 8 February 2020.
A O SHOW TOUR IN MELBOURNE
At the end of February 2020, Vietnamese Bamboo Circus continues to bring Australian audiences captivating experience through A O Show. This time, A O Show is honored to perform in one of the largest performing centres of Australia – Arts Centre Melbourne.
VIETNAMESE BAMBOO CIRCUS IS PROUD TO HAVE VIETNAM’S FIRST PERFORMANCE AT SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE, ONE OF THE WORLD’S MOST PRESTIGIOUS THEATERS
From 12th to 15th of June 2019, À Ố Show, one of the most well known Vietnamese Bamboo Circus shows, will wow Australia at the Sydney Opera House through 6 sessions that promise to leave its audience in awe. For the first time, a Vietnamese art show will be introduced at the iconic theatre, stories about the cultures of different regions in Vietnam will be told, and hearts will be touched.

From 8 February to 17 February 2019, Lang Toi – My Village performs in Australia at Perth Festival.
A O SHOW TOUR IN OMAN
A O Show continues on the touring journey to Muscat, Oman and perform at the Royal Opera House Muscat on April 19 and 21.
A O SHOW TOUR IN TAIWAN
On July 6, 7 & 8, A O Show visits Taipei, Taiwan and performs at Metropolitan Hall.
A O SHOW TO PERFORM IN BRAZIL
This June, A O Show will fly across the globe to perform in the colorful São Paulo, Brazil. The show will have 4 performances from the 9th to 11th June 2017 at the Circos - SESC's International Circus Festival.
A O SHOW TO PERFORM IN GERMANY
From August 2 to 6, 2017, a summer with breathtaking shows and fascinating acrobatics awaited guests at the second international Cirque Nouveau Summer Festival hosted by the Autostadt, in Wolfberg, Germany.

Continue on our journey to tell the story of Vietnamese culture with a unique mix of bamboo cirque, acrobatic acts, contemporary dance, and theatrical visual art, A O Show will have the first touring to "Land of the Rising Sun" Japan right after Tet holidays.

A O Show
A vivid portrait of Vietnam in urbanization time, painted with unique stage visuals and a touch of humor.
The name ‘A O’ derives from ‘Lang Pho’, which means ‘village and city’. The show depicts the charming beauty and cultural richness of Vietnamese life in the countryside, in contrast with the nation’s racing urbanization. The show is a unique mix of bamboo circus, acrobatic acts, dance, and theatrical visual art. The live music echoes Vietnamese Southern work songs. All in all, this beautiful blend of genres creates a unique stage language, which well captures the essence of Vietnam’s fascinating culture.
Teh Dar
Embodiment of vigorous Vietnamese tribes culture thru cirque, dance, music from tribal instruments.
Teh Dar invites audience on a venture into the enchanting world of Vietnamese highlanders. Wild animal hunts, moonlit romance, jungle's tales of death and reincarnation, are all recreated with stunning Vietnamese Bamboo Circus, daring acrobatics, and hypnotizing melody from exotic tribal instruments certified cultural heritage by UNESCO. Meaning ‘going in circle’ in the highland tribe K'ho's tongue, Teh Dar embrace and preserve beautiful and diverse Vietnamese tribal cultures. As the artists keep inspiring, the circle of tribal life keeps going, the cultures shall remain.
Lang Toi - My Village
The poetic beauty of Vietnamese village life, recreated using iconic bamboo, breathtaking cirque and exotic live music.
Lang Toi (My Village) is a delicate merge of tradition and innovation, where poetic beauty of Northern Vietnam’s village life is presented under Vietnamese Bamboo Circus approach. Farming, building activities, traditional games, lifestyle of Northern villagers are recreated by ancestral bamboo props, breath-taking circus and acrobatics, rhythmic dance, to distinct folk music from more than 20 musical instruments.
